The information contained on this Investor Portal (the "Website") is intended solely for the use by an investor (an "Investor") in a fund managed by Aruwa Capital Management ("Aruwa") and the duly authorised employee, agent and legal representative of an Investor or Aruwa (an "Authorised User"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website by the Authorised User. Aruwa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time. If the Authorised User uses the Website after the amendments have been posted, the Authorised User will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.

The information provided on this Website is in line with the Fund's Limited Partnership Agreement between Aruwa and its Investors, the Investor's consent, the Fund's offering documents and applicable laws and regulations. This Website is securely maintained and password protected. Aruwa shall use its best efforts to keep the information on the Website secured and password protected. The Authorised User consents to receive contract notes; net asset value statements; capital call, distribution and capital account statements; fund newsletters, updates and investment details; and other reports and information as applicable and decided by Aruwa through the Website.

Aruwa shall provide the Authorised User with a user name and password for this Website which will be sent to the email address of the Authorised User. For the avoidance of doubt, the access to the Website provided to the Investors is the result of the instructions provided by the Fund to Aruwa. Each Authorised User undertakes to keep its user name and password confidential and agrees to notify Aruwa immediately of any suspected unauthorised access or use of its credentials.

All documents, financial data, and fund information accessed herein are proprietary and confidential to Aruwa and the relevant Fund. The Authorised User agrees not to share, reproduce, forward, publish, or distribute any content retrieved from this Website, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Aruwa.
